To ensure that your artwork is accepted and your carve is produced with no delays follow this guide.
- SVG, AI, JPG (300dpi) format ONLY
- Vector format or compatible (see images below)

The images above are great examples of VECTOR READY ARTWORK, will carve easy, and will be covered by your setup fee.
The following images are NOT VECTOR READY ARTWORK:
These would look terrible as you can see from the image below.
These images all would require major retouching to be carvable.
Here are examples of what you can expect from a high contrast photo of a person or pet which works much better as you can see:
Those all would be acceptable for carving and would be covered by the setup fee.
If your artwork requires significant retouching to be able to be carved there might be additional fees. You will never be charged anything extra without your consent.
