When will my order ship?
Most our items are made to order but occasionally we have some items in stock in the colors you want ready for shipping right away. If your item is in stock it will ship within 1 business day of your funds clearing. If your order needs to be made it will take from 2 to 10 business days depending on current load and what you’ve ordered. Custom work could take considerably longer if your order is requesting materials that need to be ordered etc.
Once my order has shipped when will I get it?
Once your order is shipped our system will notify you via email with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. We take great care to package our products well to ensure it arrives at your location safe and sound. Products shipped from our Las Vegas location will take a day or two for west coast locations and up to 5 business days for the east coast. If you have any special shipping requirements just get in touch before placing your order.
